- send service messages you request or consent to receive;
- prevent misuse and keep an operational record;

We do not use booking consent as permission for unrelated marketing.
3. WhatsApp and service providers
If you contact us or choose WhatsApp updates, your messages and contact details are also handled by WhatsApp and its providers under their own terms. We may use hosting, database and messaging providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed to perform their role.
4. Sharing
We may share necessary trip details with the assigned driver, vehicle operator, park-related service providers and people helping deliver or support your safari. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for bookings, support, records, disputes and legal duties. We use practical safeguards, but no online service or messaging platform can promise absolute security. Keep your private booking link confidential.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct inaccurate details, stop optional messages, or request access to or deletion of information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. Contact support so we can verify and handle your request.
7. Children
A parent or responsible adult should provide booking information for a child. The service is not designed for children to create bookings independently.
