Can I join a group on my own?

Yes—the shared-seat model is designed for one person, couples and small groups. You select the seats you need; other travellers can choose the remaining seats in that jeep. You are not required to bring a full group.

There is no guaranteed group waiting for every session. Ask about your preferred date, the current number joining and the quote if the jeep stays partly filled. You can ask about other sessions if your plans are flexible.

How do I arrange my place?

Send your date, preferred session and the number of adults or children.
Share your accommodation or meeting point and any onward destination.
Confirm the total price, pickup details and what happens if the group size changes.
Wait for the team’s confirmation of your real safari. Selecting a seat in the website preview is not a reservation.

Do not publish your private booking link when looking for people to join you.

What does one safari seat cost?

These examples use our published standard foreign-adult rates and include park entrance and the shared jeep. They are planning figures, not a confirmed quote for your date.

If you are the only adult

Budget for the one-adult rate if nobody else joins your jeep. A shared booking does not promise other passengers.

If four adults share

Your booking can still be for one seat. The rate depends on the four adults in the same jeep, even if they booked separately.

If all seven adult seats fill

This is the full-jeep rate per adult. It is conditional on occupancy, not a guaranteed starting price for a solo traveller.

Your estimate can fall as others join or rise after cancellations. Prices lock at the booking cutoff and are calculated separately for each jeep. See all seven group sizes and price inclusions.

Shared seat or private jeep?

Choose a shared seat if you are happy to travel with other guests. Ask about an exclusive jeep if you want the vehicle reserved for your own group. Compare the complete cost, including entrance tickets, the four-hour duration and transport arrangements.

Two people travelling together can choose two available seats in the same jeep. If you need particular seats, discuss availability before committing to the trip.

Staying in Mirissa or Ella?

Your safari seat and the journey from another town are separate arrangements. A long-distance transfer from Mirissa, Weligama, Ella or Tangalle is not automatically included in the displayed seat rate.
