Can a solo traveller join a shared safari?
Yes. The shared safari model lets you choose one passenger seat or several seats for your group, with up to seven passengers in each jeep. You may share with other travellers. The current website creates test bookings only; contact the team about real safari availability.
Is transport from Mirissa, Weligama, Ella or Tangalle included?
Do not assume a long-distance transfer is included in the displayed safari-seat price. Hotel pickup and drop-off apply to the agreed arrangements, and the pickup area still needs confirmation before real bookings open. Ask the team to confirm transfer availability, pickup time, destination and any separate cost.
How does sharing lower the price?
Your displayed price includes park entry and your share of the jeep. The estimate changes with the number of people joining. It can fall as others join or rise if they cancel, and locks at the booking cutoff.
Can I choose my exact seat?
Yes. Pick an available numbered seat on the jeep, or expand the simple seat map. A selected seat is reserved only after you successfully confirm your booking.
Which session should I choose?
Choose Morning, Afternoon or Evening to suit your day. The standard safari lasts four hours. The preview uses sample departure times; operating schedules will be confirmed before real bookings open.
Are elephant sightings guaranteed?
No. Elephants and other animals move freely. Every safari is different, and no wildlife sighting is guaranteed.
Where do we meet? Is hotel pickup available?
Hotel pickup and drop-off are included in the standard price. Enter your hotel when booking. The pickup area and meeting arrangements will be confirmed before real bookings open.
How long is the safari?
The standard safari lasts four hours. Your departure time will be confirmed before real bookings open.
Can children join?
The preview assigns one passenger to each seat. Child ages, ticket rules and seating requirements will be confirmed before launch.
When do I pay?
No online payment is required. The planned service collects payment after the safari. This preview only creates test bookings and takes no payment.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes. Contact the safari team through the official WhatsApp support link as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and may change the shared price. Your request is complete only after the team confirms it.
